Very happy with my new tires Shawn is the MAN! Great to work with!

Went in to get a tire fixed and instead of fixing it the new owners went in to a high pressure sales pitch to sell me tires truck has 240,000 miles and I wasn't interested in buying new tires at this moment. Went to ricks tire and auto by hy vee and tire was fixed in 20 min. Will not go back to cappys and I have went there for many years when bob ran it. I miss him.meant to say ryans tire and auto by hy vee. Very good shop. Tire was repairable. My dad was a tire guy for 30 years. I grew up around tire repair. The tire actually came from cappys and wasn't that old. Scammers.

We had to wait awhile to get someone to speak with us. My grandpa has a 54 ford pickup that needed to be re-alignment. Didn’t seem like there were a lot of employees. However the service was good. After someone spoke with us we got set up for what we needed. They were able to get us in the next day for the work on our truck. Would recommend to people who have time to drop your vehicle off and pick it up. They have good service. If you have enough time on your hands definitely try it out.

Needed 2 tires in an extremely short amount of time. Service was quick. Took the time to find 2 tires we needed to get on road. Only 50 minutes from walking in door, assessing situation, finding tires and replacement. Thanks.
