Caprock Tire has gone above and beyond to take care of my tire needs over the last 3 years. Just don't get this experience with many businesses these days. From trailers and equipment to pickups and cars, I've been very pleased with their service and willingness to cater to my odd requests.

Friendly and helpful. I had a small bolt in the tread near the sidewall. They assured me it could be repaired without having to purchase a tire. The repair was made and a week later still no loss of pressure in the tire. One of the most helpful and friendly places I have been recently.

Make sure you take pictures of you wheels before they perform work on them. A wheel was damaged by them when they fixed a hole in the tire. The manager Jesus said we couldn’t prove they caused the damage so he wouldn’t fix it.

Probably the worst group of guys I’ve ever dealt with. I understand your policy but all i needed was the tire put back on the rim I don’t care that the rim is cracked or any of that crap. Just needed the tires put back on. I will never take back any of my vehicles work or personal ones back to them ever again. I used y’all because of the convenience as far as location. This is the only place my husband and I will use for tires (his work fleet included). I have had horrible luck with nails in my tires and they always fix them quickly and efficiently! The men are always very polite as well.
