I called this business after hours… stranded. The people I dealt with were AMAZING. So incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. I can’t be more appreciative of them all as I am disabled and me changing the tire myself was out of the question. My husband, Jeff Neal was soooo thankful I got help too! Respect to this company! Oh, and they changed my tire incredibly fast! Even checked all of my other tire’s pressures to make sure I’d be okay on the 6 hours I still needed to drive! Thank you soooo much Caprock! J. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS. Pulled into Allsups Truckstop in Roswell at 6pm needing a trailer tire. Spoke to them at 6:18 and he wouldn’t take EFS check, just cash! Called me back in 10 mins and said yes, he’d take the EFS and would be there in an hour. By 7:30, no show, and not returning or answering calls. (Btw, caller ID shows his name was C Marley with a Ft Worth address) Called him at 8 pm, no answer, 8:30, no answer. So I called someone else. At 8:37 he calls me back and said he was sorry, he got pulled into a “meeting” blah blah blah. Why call yourself a 24 hour truck tire shop, if you don’t follow through? It should advertise “WE’LL GET TO YOU WHEN WE WANT TO, NOT WHEN YOU NEED US!” Second shop was called and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!

I had to hurry and get out of town for an emergency when I called Caprock Tire & Service due to an almost flat tire. The gentleman dispatched his service man out. He aired up my tire and I followed him to the shop. Instead of fixing my flat he said he’d mount my new tires for me. They did all of this with no hassle!! They were affordable too!! Thank you so much!
