I’m not one to call out or complain, but I would not use this company. I called for a tow, and the woman who answered the phone was very disrespectful. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope they can find someone better that can handle customer service, because that was not how you’re going to get or keep business.

The owner at Cap Rock Towing came to help me when no other tow company would come out to help me.The owner David is one of the kindest and most selfless people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting without him helping me. I don’t know what I would have done he gave excellent and on time service accommodated my towing needs and changes mid tow without complaint, there is not another towing company, I would ever use besides Cap Rock Towing. They saved my day. God bless you

Trinity is absolutely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. It is very unfortunate that in 2024 they were unable to properly give her the tools and training she needs to provide simple customer service phone courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend this towing company at all. They also steal items if anything is left in the vehicles. It is sad and shameful. ANY FUTURE USERS BEWARE!

My car had a dead battery would not take a charge at all. My insurance company had them tow my car to Auto Zone to have a new battery installed, the owner of Caprock Towing helped the young man install my battery and even waited to see if my car started and I could be on my way. I couldn’t of had better service than I received from this towing company. If I ever need service for my car I’ll not hesitate to call Caprock Towing. Great job from a great company. Ronda Taylor
