Captain Hook Towing & Storage

!!! Don't trust these guys with your vehicle. !!! On November 24, at 2:31 am, Captain Hooks Towing towed my 2012 Jeep Wrangler and trailer from the Saxon Wood neighborhood. At 5:50 am I recovered my vehicle from their lot at 1617 N Garfield Ave in Deland. Once I left the lot, I noticed I could not turn my Jeep to the right. After bringing the vehicle home, I saw the steering stabilizer shock was leaking fluid. Upon further inspection, I found the steering stabilizer was bent, the stabilizer shock was bent, and my front bumper was badly damaged and scraped. They are not providing any answers and are not providing photographs of my vehicle prior to towing it, despite that being their standard operating procedure. Damaged my car during a tow and won't take responsibility. They've resorted to dodging my calls and WILL NOT SEND PRE-TOW PHOTOS! Huge red flag for an unethical company.
