Captain Towing

I was a visiting someone and yes my registration was out but I also did not live there. I as a visitor did not think to call my friends apartment office. The office told me to kick rocks and then I have to shell out 331 dollars before Christmas just for visiting a friend over night. This is idiotic on multiple levels. If a car is not parked under covered. Not on flat. Or not broken down don't touch it I am having to miss a day of work to get to the impound facility just for the fact that I was visiting with a expired tag.

Yesterday, I had a difficult situation with my vehicle, but this reliable towing service quickly came to my aid. They promptly sent a tow truck and efficiently loaded my car. I’m very grateful for their exceptional assistance—they truly saved the day!

Capital Tow towed my brand new 2025 Acura Integra and caused serious damage to both the right and left rear lower control arms due to improper towing. I had the vehicle inspected by the certified Acura dealership, which confirmed the damage were directly correlated with incorrect towing. The repair estimate came out to $1,032.80. Despite this, Capital Tow denied responsibility and claimed the car was returned in the same condition it was in before the tow, which is simply not true. My car began making unusual noises after the tow, and as a new vehicle, there were no prior issues. I’m extremely disappointed not only by the damage done to my brand new vehicle, but by Capital Tow’s complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to make it right. Rather than investigate the issue fairly, t
