I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. From the outset, the service was unprofessional and misleading. The owner, John, was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about the vehicle's condition and the terms of the sale. Promises were made regarding repairs and vehicle condition were not honored. Additionally, there were unexpected charges that were not disclosed upfront, leading to a final price much higher than initially agreed upon. I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Don’t be a victim of their scamming tactics.
