I have been trying to get them to call me back for over a year now. I have left quite a few messages and I have never got a return phone call. Seven years ago when I donated my vehicle they sure returned my call and came and got the car no problem, but now that I need a car I get no response from them. You can't even leave a message because the message box is full. Which means that they are not paying any attention to the people who call in.

God bless Mr. Vaughn, Mr. Russell as well. The guys and the crew inspected my car thoroughly, advised me to return after the 1st of the year to assist me. I am a member of TC Church and they also are gracious enough to help me in this manner. God bless what you do here. I was advised in the start before coming that major work such as transmissions they are not equipped in that department to assist, but other minor repairs they most definitely are well versed in and I appreciate the open & honesty of that right off the bat. Thank you again, will recommend to others. God is able!

I have not had a good experience with them in the last year. They were very helpful in giving a good rate. However the problem I took it in for did not get fixed. Then they did a partial tune-up (changed spark plugs), and then the guy called to schedule the rest because they had the parts, left a message, and when I called back several times to try to set that up, he was never there and never returned my calls. I am not happy with them! To their credit, I had good experiences with them in the past, before they had their own shop, but something has changed, and not for good.

The staff has been extremely helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone.. I have had so much car trouble and these guys have not only fixed my car in a timely manner but got me in a New one!! I drive a Lexus now and I'm extremely grateful.!!! God uses these people to help the public I won't take my business anywhere else..

These guys are amazing. My car was about to give out and I'm currently living paycheck to paycheck. These guys helped me out with everything and more. If it wasn't for them I don't think I would've been able to get to work anymore. Thank you so much for everything
