My car turned off in the middle of a day trip and I had 2 hours before I needed to leave Jackson. The manager, Brad, was honest that there was a tight window and that there was a good chance that they would not be able to complete the job in time. I had no other option so I took it to the Car Care Clinic and started to make plans to rent a car from Enterprise so I would be out of town in time. The manager took a look at the engine, saw the alternator that needed to be replaced, and did his best to help me. Everyone moved so fast that I was able to leave Jackson just in time. They saved me two trips and a night in a hotel and a rental! Every penny was worth it. Great secretary up front, friendly, fast service. What more could you ask for? THANKS!!!

I have been a customer here since I moved to Jackson in 2014. Up until COVID this was the best ship I had experienced since I have owned a car. Recently they seem uninviting or like they don't want the business. I had to take my car back for the same issue. I can't be quoted prices on the work just ruff estimate. I understand this on most jobs but today I just wanted to know the price of an oil change and a filter. Now the lady that's usually at the desk where they do oil changes has still been very pleasant. Hopefully it's just this location. I will try the car care clinic on triangle Dr if you need work done in this area

Here we go. I have been How many my oil change for three years. They had an outstanding crew today it’s completely completely new people. Two guys apparently you’re trying to change your vehicles while the woman that’s supposed to be coordinating is hiding in the corner with his cell phone. Completely different vibe not coming back here anymore. The only reason why I came here for y’all was because the crew they had was fantastic, professional attentive. Money didn’t come easy and I’m sure not spending it here with this clown crew.

I had an oil change at the I-55 location and it was the best experience I’ve had with a shop. They were very honest and helpful with all the questions I had. The oil change manager was so polite and the girl at the front desk was amazing! She had such a pleasant voice and kept me updated even though she seemed super busy. She was a great first impression at the shop! I will be back!
