My RAV4 was blowing hot air so I brought it in for them to diagnose the issue. Turns out the air compressor was broken. It would’ve been a 3k job, Jake was able to work with me on the price since it was such a big job. I asked other shops in the area and they were charging significantly more for the same work. Really appreciate Jake working with me and literally fixing the AC within two days.

I was referred to Car Care USA by my friend and he has been very pleased with the service, work and cost on his vehicles. I called, talked to Jake and he said to bring my vehicle on in. I was totally blown away with the care and service I received. The service was done in a timely manner with Jake calling me, assuring me of what was being done. Unbelievable service that saved me thousands of dollars compared to what the dealership quoted me. This company is very professional, clean, friendly atmosphere and awesome service! I only have good praises for Car Care USA especially to Jake, who is the face of Car Care USA and his staff. I would never use any one else. You should give them a call, so glad I did!

I brought my 1996 Nissan Maxima in for a second opinion after receiving a quote elsewhere and Jake checked it out at no cost. He told me that from a safety standpoint, everything was fine and there was nothing that needed to be done immediately. If anything, just replace bushings here and there, a far cry from the full rear suspension replacement the other shop quoted me. Since I paid nothing, I thought I'd show my appreciation by leaving a review! Thanks again, Jake.

I have taken all of my vehicles to Car Care USA over the last several months. This is without a doubt the most trustworthy and affordable shop out there. There was actually a couple of times when they could have taken advantage of my minimal knowledge and I would have never known, but they didn't. This is truly one of the very few mechanic shops that you can trust!
