Thanks to Austin Smith at the Des Arc Car City location for working with me for 2.5 months now. I finally got a nice dependable whip and he is a very professional salesman I would recommend him to anyone needing a new to you ride. He had it cleaned and ready to go when I got here. I test drove it he went over all the features it had and explained all the paperwork very thoroughly and got me a warranty on my drive terrain. I have heard so much good stuff about this man and he searched for me the perfect vehicle for 2.5 months and I finally got it. Shoutout to Austin Smith once again I appreciate all you did.

Thank to the Salesman at Des Arc location Austin Smith he has been working with me non stop for over a month now trying to get me approved for a ride and finally got me approved. He even stayed late for me to work the deal A+ there. He had the truck cleaned and sanitized with fancy seat covers and steering wheel cover and had it very clean inside and out. He had it ready to go completely when I arrived. Paperwork was a very easy process with no hassle. Had everything ready as I drove up so there was no long waits or anything. Had the truck gassed up and ready to roll!

I just want to take the time to say thanks to the Salesman at Des Arc location Austin Smith. He stayed late for me to come up there and do paperwork on a new ride. He was very polite and answered every question I had. He had the truck gased up and ready for me to test. He also took the time before I left to make sure all my headlights, taillights, and emergency lights worked properly. He also double checked the oil, and all of my fluids before I left, and made sure all my tires were aired up to the proper psi. I would recommend him to anyone needing a ride. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Oh and also he gave me top dollar for my trade in. A+++ Thanks again Austin Smith for everything. I will be back in the future.

I brought my first truck from car city and they are. Really good people's to deal with they really work hard in helping me in getting my truck. They work with me on getting my payments where i could be comfortable again they don't no it yet but I'm thinking about buying my next truck from them.think u all car city and keep up the good work.
