Scott was easy to work with and could sit and ask questions all day and hed answer every one. They did a great job on my heads and block even when my block was unfixable they called me and told them what they think could work and asked for my go ahead and fixed it as if it was broken in the first place. Great work with the best customer service.

I brought in a small inline 4 head cleaned and resurfaced. The first gent at the desk was polite and helpful. I asked if the head was good to go and he said yes. He was transparent about price and timeframe. After calling back a week and a half later as advised, I was told they were working on it now and would be done the next evening. When I picked it up the second gentleman out back who gave me the part back was helpful and had advice for rebuilding an engine. When I got home I realized two small parts which I didn't realize could be removed were missing, the other 6 were included with the head on pickup and I called back the next day asking about them. The shop wasn't able to find the parts and said that they could have been misplaced during any number of steps. Like the owner said i

5 star customer service. 2 star quality control. Took a head to get a resurface, valve job, and cleaning. Valve job looks great, good finish on everhthing, even the hardened exhaust valves, no chatter. Resurface looked great too except it had a deep scratch through the fire ring. I took it back, and they were apologetic and didn’t give me any issue re doing it. Came back to pick up the head again, and they had resurfaced it. Again though there was another scratch on the machined surface. See picture. It’s not in a critical spot, but dang man. I’m paying for a machined surface, and you obviously have a competent operator and a good machine. Why not take a little extra care not to ruin that beautiful finish? Ive been using this company for years and have run into challenges from time to time however have always worked through them. This is a great company to do business with, they stand behind their work and are very knowledgeable. The complaints i see on some of these less than 5 star are ridiculous, come on people taking a blown or worn out motor and rebuilding refurbishing is not easy if you want brand new order from manufacturer.
