I recently purchased a used Ram pickup truck from Car Connection and had an excellent experience. Jeff was great to work with - there was absolutely no pressure to buy, which I truly appreciated. I had called in the morning to inquire about the truck, and advised that the soonest I could be there to look at it was a few hours later. Jeff said that he would hold the truck for me until I got there. Not only did he hold the truck for me until I got there, but he had it pulled up front, keys ready, and a plate on it for a test drive. The staff was friendly throughout, and their detailing department does a fantastic job - the vehicles on their lot looked nearly brand new, which really stood out compared to other dealerships I have recently visited.
