Bought a car from them a couple of months ago and the process was seamless and easy and I had a new car right away. Very happy with purchase!! Yesterday, had to bring vehicle in for a service check due to the weather and it was a great service. My vehicle was well taken care and the service was quick and I was back on the road. I will definitely bring my families cars to their service garage cause of the great service and price point!!! Staff was very courteous and friendly and kept me well updated. In an age of over selling and price gouging, Car Culture is ahead of the game and top notch!!!

It's been over a month and I wanted to wait and make sure my truck was ok before writing a review. We are from Washington State and we were driving back from Maine when I decided to be a good Boy Scout and take my 2022 Laramie RAM Diesel truck into Valvoline in Youngstown for a simple oil change. HUGE MISTAKE!! Valvoline realized they did something wrong to my truck and told me not to start the truck. They had it towed to Car Culture and we had to stay the night because Car Culture was closed. It was already after hours. We nervously waited for the next day to arrive because we had no idea if Car Culture could help us. I recently had all of the rocker arms replaced on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Car Culture in Warren, Ohio, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team did a fast, accurate job and got everything taken care of without any hassle. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. We bought a car from Car Culture some years ago. And we have no complaints about the sale all these years later. But our main dealing with them is with their service dept. We use them for servicing all of our vehicles. Their prices are always the best. And their latest (as far as I know) addition to their service team was outstanding. Chelsie was patient with me and helped me find a great deal on something I needed done on an older vehicle. And Anthony...what a great young man. He has helped us out a lot too. We hope Car Culture and their whole team stick around for years to come.
