Amazing service both at the desk, and in the shop. I've been through mechanics like candy in the past, each one screwing me over somehow in the end. This is the first time I can say with certainty that they genuinely care about both you as a customer, AND your vehicle as well, taking into massive consideration the multi ton death trap we all rely on to get from one place to another. Not only did they help me out tremendously with several potentially dangerous "repairs" from other shops, but they walked me through the entire process, step by step, and answered every question, regardless of how silly or dumb it might seem (I know just surface level stuff about cars and maintenance, so I tend to ask quite a lot of them). Friendly, but I would watch out for high prices for parts. They charged me $232.30 for a thermostat with housing assembly for a 2016 Ford Focus SE 2L engine. This part, on the high end, is $60. I asked AI if this was a reasonable price and AI stated "$232.30 is likely too much if that price is only for the part". They charged me $271.86 in labor for replacing this part in addition to the $232.30 charge for the part itself. I was charged on the high end for other parts in this repair as well, but the thermostat with housing assembly was the most egregious. I wish them well but I will likely not go back because of this. I can't afford parts at that price.

Love this mechanic, they're honest and up front about pricing, they will take you into the shop and actually show you the issue. They don't try to get you to fix unnecessary things but defintely keep you informed about the wellness of your vehicle. Absolutely reccomend Car Doctor LLC

I was quoted a full detail price of $325 cash, and a couple days later they tell me it was done. When I got there to pick my vehicle up, the exterior and engine compartment wasn’t even touched. Excellent job on the interior, kind of disappointed.

The lady was in the front desk was very nice and the gentleman was super nice. Helped we without any questions. I greatly appreciate them for there services they offer and greatly recommend them.
