Mike and Brian at The Car Doctor have been working on my vehicles for the last 20 years or so. Only if they closed up shop, would I take my vehicles anywhere else. They are honest, transparent, and also tell you when your vehicle does NOT need something repaired in order to save you money that doesn’t need to be spent. Mike & Brian have been my car mechanics for years. Not only do they provide excellent quality service, they explain issues/repairs needed in laymen terms for me to understand. They provide diagnosis and maintenance recommendations for my nearly 30 year old Toyota and let me make decisions based on importance and financial budget. My Dad and brothers use them as well and can guarantee that I am not treated differently or cheated in any way simply because I am a single female with minimal auto knowledge. I had such a great experience at Car Dr here in Oklahoma City! I brought my car in yesterday and the team was very professional. They got me out in half the time I was originally quoted, which was such a nice surprise. Mike is amazing, and Britney at the front desk is the sweetest! She even brought my little dog some water and gave her a mini doggy massage while we waited. That level of kindness really stood out to me. I highly recommend this place for both their efficiency and their genuinely caring customer service.
