Absolutely loveeee Car Factory North. I am on my third vehicle over a span of 6 years, owning 2 and looking to keep growing. All of my vehicles have been reliable and in excellent condition. I went yesterday to see if they had anything I liked, not expecting to drive off in a new car. They make you feel so welcomed. They guide you and help you to grow as a car owner. Great understanding and immaculate communication. Nothing but love here. I’m elated about my new car! The best in the city. Would highly recommended this place. I bought a vehicle from this car lot, and the vehicle had damages of water pouring in when it rain. The passenger side was 2 inches of rain and the back where I had my nephews seating, got wet also. I called the company for help of the situation, and they told me they couldn't help me. Now they want to charge me for the damage that the rain cause, which that isn't my concern because it was mention to the company on the first time it happen. To begin with before you sale a vehicle, it has to be inspected properly and pass to sell with no damage even if it's use vehicle or new. The sunroof stopped working when the vehicle got wet, because of mother nature, if the vehicle was "inspected properly" before a sale,it shouldn't get wet. Great lot was in and out the car they sold me did have a major issue with the engine but they helped me out and dealt with it and other issues as well got a deal on it as well a 2013 hyundai sonata (got it right at market value for miles ) thats been a solid car since being fixed by the lot itself 2 months no issues

Cares about his customers and won't sell you a car without making sure it's in good running condition. Any issues that may arise after purchase is usually handled within reason and depending on the situation he will work with you. None of the referrals I've given had complaints and for those who have less than perfect credit or starting out this is the place I recommend highly.
