To all customers planning to buy from this dealership, please be very careful with Leonardo Hernandez, the dealership manager. He sells broken cars and doesn't give refunds. I'm telling you from experience, be very careful. Don't buy a car here; they sell broken cars. I have all the proof.

I visited this dealership about three or four days ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, I had scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, the salesperson who assisted me seemed very unprofessional. He was poorly dressed, his English communication skills were very limited, and there was a strong smell of marijuana, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When I asked about the specific vehicle I had scheduled to see, I was told that they needed to “confirm” my appointment—even though it had already been confirmed. Then he mentioned that the car was actually stored in Miami, not in West Palm as I was originally told. Despite that, I decided to look at other options on the lot and found one I liked. When I purchased the vehicle, there was no oil in it, which should have never happened. On top of that, I was pressured into buying a pre-purchase agreement that I later found out I can’t even use for oil changes, making it essentially useless. What’s worse is that when I requested a refund, the dealership refused, even though the vendor of the purchase agreement clearly states that refunds are issued through them. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they have been unresponsive and unwilling to take accountability. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend doing business here unless you are prepared to double-check everything and fight to get issues resolved.

Juan Carlos helped us out and we found it to be a very pleasant experience. We were upside down on our previous car purchase and they helped us find an option worth the money we were paying monthly to finance. We drove away in a car that was reasonably priced and felt good about fact that the price included gap insurance as well as a warranty. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking who’s in the market and doesn’t want to overpay for wire down used vehicles. The supporting staff was wonderful, they played with our 2 year old while my wife and I discussed the purchase and signed paperwork.
