CAR FIX Maryville

This is a very nice facility. The lobby is clean, well lit and well appointed. They offer comfortable seating and refreshments while you wait. We came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They took our car back right away. Andrew greeted us when we arrived. He was friendly and professional. He let us know of any potential issues and if any were in need of immediate attention. The work was completed in a timely manner. All in all this was a very good experience.

Do NOT use carfix!! I was just scammed almost $400! We had my van towed here a couple of days ago after it wouldn’t start up and started smoking. When car fix was done looking at it they claimed the car drove perfectly fine after test driving it a couple of times and that there were no issues with the car, and that MAYBE it needed a new gas pump down the road but it wasn’t anything urgent. I drive 40 minutes down the road and my car immediately starts smoking and having the same issues I brought it to car fix for!! When my husband looked under the hood, he noticed the coolants weren’t even filled, the radiator was busted and not put back in properly. I always bring my car to Car Fix. They are honest, affordable, and do good work. When we needed new tires they researched for us to get the best prices and beat any competing offer. Recently, I rolled in with an almost flat tire and they fixed it for me at no charge. It’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back.

Just moved to Maryville last December. I needed a place to take my truck and have a few things done and when I found cardiac on Google I thought I would take a chance. Very nice people and got me in right away the first time second was an appointment and got me in in time and fixed the problem and I was very pleased with the price. Our family van was leaking oil and coolant. I called car fix and spoke with David. He scheduled me an appointment for the next day and had my car inspected. Like many unexpected auto repairs, it was money that I was not planning to spend. David was patient and supportive as my wife and I discussed our options. After our van was repaired, David personally called and waited for me to pick it up before heading home. Now, our family vehicle is up and running and we are very satisfied with the service.
