I traveled all the way from Sacramento to Los Angeles after seeing a car this dealer advertised online. The listing clearly described the car as black and showed photos that matched that description. However, when we arrived, the car was not black at all and looked completely different from the pictures. After I contacted the dealer about the issue, they quietly changed the online listing, updating both the color and mileage — which shows the original information was inaccurate. We spent time and money to see a car that wasn’t as described, and the dealer refused to cover our travel costs or take responsibility for the misleading listing.
