I brought my vehicle to Car Kings after experiencing an issue where the battery was draining while driving. Since I had recently had the engine replaced, I first contacted the original installer, but they were unable to identify the problem. Car Kings performed a full diagnostic for $199 and promptly followed up with their findings. They explained that the issue was simply a loose bolt connecting the wire to the alternator. I was relieved and impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I had anticipated a much more costly repair, but I was only charged the diagnostic fee. It is refreshing to work with a trustworthy and knowledgeable master mechanic who prioritizes integrity. I highly recommend Car Kings to anyone in need of reliable automotive service.

I drive a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Since I moved from west coast to east coast in 2021 immediately my check engine light came on. Took it in many times to another shop, they could not locate the issue. Their conclusion….get a new engine or Jeep. As luck would have it my AC went out as well in August…OH JOY! Haha. I’ve just recently moved from NY to NJ & found Car Kings. Spoke w John & hands down…Best service I have ever received! Not only did he kindly share his knowledge prior to bringing my Jeep in but throughout the entire process.
