Dylan at the Blakely one was absolutely fantastic. He got me in a vehicle that had everything i needed within 24 hours, while i was waiting on the kingston location for 2 weeks. They kept telling me all the vehicles i liked wasnt ready and the blakely location didnt have anything, i called anyways and they had the vehicle just for me. They are rude and dont tell you much at the kingston location. Dylan answered all of my questions and explained every little detail to me. I do not recommend the Kingston Location. Go To the one in Blakely and ask for Dylan. He will get you exactly what you need

I was told to make an appointment and bring 400 with me to drive away in a car that day. Well, I went to my appointment today and pulled in to an almost empty car lot. I filled out some paperwork and after 15 minutes I was approved. Then the salesman comes out and tells me all 5 cars are spoken for except one ugly beater car. He then tells me I need $1500 to $2k for a down payment. Maybe tell me these things before I drive an hour to your empty establishment. Y'all wasted my time. Luckily I went to a real dealership where I was put in a 2023 AWD car and only put 400 down. This place smells of sleezy. Don't buy a car here.

I Came here to see what car I could afford and approved for ect with a low down payment and the process was very easy and simple and straight up. Friendly staff John and Dylan were very helpful with my purchase of my Volkswagen which I love. Despite recently losing my previous car, I arrived to Carlotta in hopes of finding a more affordable vehicle and I was able to get a new car within a couple weeks later. Thanks to Dylan, I was provided Excellent and reliable service. Very satisfied with my vehicle as well and a big thank you once again to Dylan. Looking forward to enjoying my car thank you!

So sad how this place is taking advantage of young adults who are having an issue buying a car. I feel guilty for recommending this place to My son-in-law. Not even a year later, and the car is completely broken down, but hes still having to pay a large note each month. They offered him no help and no replacement for selling him a lemon. He’s a young adult who has a great work ethic and integrity, and they took advantage. Not only is he paying the monthly note but he has already put in over $3000 Worth of repairs. It did not pass inspection a year later and the Cost of replacing what they told him is far greater than what the car is worth… So this hard-working young man Who should be focused on building his life is busting his butt every day to pay for a car he cannot drive.
