Purchasing my Tesla from here was a great experience for me! Everyone was extremely nice and eager to help. My Tesla had scratches on it and they got them right out before I took the car home as they also have a body shop. The purchasing process was smooth and easy for me. I got an OTD price that was decent and handed them my check. I had my young daughter with me and the staff was so kind to her and let her run around and play. Ahmed was my salesman and he was patient, kind, and not too pushy or overbearing; which was refreshing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, the team was respectful and welcoming. The paperwork was smooth with no hidden numbers or last-minute surprises- at signing. Everything was clear and straightforward. They were so kind to my daughters and even offered them coloring books, which meant a lot. There was a small delay with my financing, but they worked directly with my bank to get everything handled. In order to agree on a price the vehicle had to be sold (as-is). I drove some San Antonio to purchase a 2008 Lexus NX300 with 140K miles on it for a total of $15,700 (this included taxes and all fees) from the Car Market Auto group. I brought two other friends/family with me, one who was a really good mechanic that I trusted and we worked together on my 2018 Lexus IS 250 Ive owned since 2008. I was happily greeted by Victor a member of the group, who I had been working with that day, prior to taking the trip. After I we observed the car, it was clear, it had some older not the greatest tires on it but they at least looked clean; one of the tires did actually need a repair but it was quick cheap fix I was able to get done by Lexus.
