They were absolutely amazing. I didn’t get off of work until 2 today and they stayed late so I was able to get my car.

I’ve had ups and downs with carmart. Fact is, driving now days is very expensive and there is no way around it. I do like the service contract- and have used it. Unless you can afford a new car now in the six figure range or can do all your own work and take a real chance on Facebook marketplace ( and that is high risk at best) this is probably the best bet you have. I read the other reviews here, here is a reality check. Cars have problems. It’s very random and often unexpected. You can guess and hope but the next major malfunction is a daily dice roll. Mechanics? Often didn’t graduate at the top of the class. Anywhere you go? You can fix it. Only to have it worse or break again. The world we live in also, brand new factory parts fail. Often. Unless you are desperate for a vehicle then go here otherwise shop more. Without telling me an additional 3000 was added to my purchase which I had removed. Additionally an extra 100 a month for 3 months was wanted “ because the down payment was so low” mgr did remove it. This is something you aren’t told until after you get to the contract stage of the deal. I asked questions about a warning symbol was told told just to inform me of a low tire, when I left I got a warning on my dash that a service matter was required. Be cautious in your selection. I now question what else was I not told that I can expect. The folks seemed nice and helpful but before leaving I had gone from a pleasant attitude to one of great irritation. After the warning appeared I am leary.

Do not buy a car from them!! I got a jeep from them 7 days ago,the very first day it ran hot,they towed it and were supposed to fix it,I got it back today and have the same problem!!
