Mostly a good experience. Chase was amazing. It took way too long to process my things. They had to call their it department, and it took around 45 minutes for them to answer the phone. I had to wash the car on the way home.

Love all of the workers at this CarMart! They make the process easy, and simple. We appreciate the time they've put in with us. Shoutout to Heather and Tyler for being so great to us!

Professional staff with excellent customer service! Heather the Assistant manager made sure to get me in a new set of wheels within a day. Not only that but she also helped me with insurance. Would recommend them any day of the week!

I love my new to me car. The entire staff are friendly at this location. To be honest I’m probably just gonna drive to Clarksville so I can see the smiling faces and brighten my day!!

I am so grateful they gave me a chance after 3 repos. I'm clean and sober now 💪. Totally amazing 🤩. The only complaint I guess I had. Was the insurance. If no insurance can't drive off lot. If someone would have told me I'd had it done. Also we was there till 6pm we showed up at 330pm. I guess little more organized staff would be great 👍. Other than that. Car Mart is great. We all know it's over priced. Ars but it's a business not a charity. Honestly wish I could've got the Chevy spark. I have a Chevy Trax totally love it! But spark is my dream car. Maybe on next round. Happy Labor Day!!!!!
