Not going to lie I heard so many awful things about car-mart in the past but let me tell you im a first time buyer and they got me approved with a co-signer of course but it was great service excellent staff amazing experience overall. The car in perfect condition inside looked brand new and it’s 14 years old with a great amount of miles car is driving fine no Problems and maybe are not that bad and in my price rage and I got a good deal on the price of the car so overall if your looking for a good car and might now have the best experience go to car mart in Longview Texas and they will get you in! -Harley

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I have purchased multiple vehicles from CarMart in the past and never experienced issues of this nature until this transaction. During the holiday season, I fell approximately half a payment behind and was subjected to repeated and excessive contact despite requesting that the calls stop. Most concerning, an employee followed me to a store, pulled in behind my vehicle, and blocked me from leaving while insisting that I return to the lot immediately. I was later informed that this behavior was considered acceptable because of an outstanding balance. Austin was a great help in finding a car for me today. This was my first time financing a car and he did an excellent job of going through the steps with me even with having to switch my vehicle with a problem that came up. He apologized for the mistake and helped me find a new car to choose from. This process caused them to stay a little later after closing and they were not pushy to try to get me out as fast as possible. I am pleased with my experience I had.

And yet another horrible experience with the customer service at this car lot. After all the hassle I asked them to come pick up the vehicle. After speaking with several people informing them the vehicle was at my residence they had a repo Man to come to my home in the middle of the night as if I was hiding from them. The repo man told me that the car lot never told him that it was ready for pick up. I told him that the keys were waiting in the car. The repo man apologized for bother me at 1 am but the car lot asked him to come in the middle of the night. After three weeks of me telling them I no longer wanted the vehicle, they do this. Then the employee still calling my phone and hanging up and clearly she runs the office. She can curse out customers in front of the boss. She can continue
