Car-Mart of Palestine

There was a load of stress on the day of buying our car. The stress had nothing to do with the dealership or members of the team. Misty and her crew made every accommodation possible to make the process as easy and simple as they could. I couldn't have anticipated or ever ask for a better experience in buying a car than what Misty and the team made happen.

This is the worst place to purchase a car. I purchased a 2017 first. Drove off the lot, went straight to the car wash and the whole front bumper fell off the car. Took it back and Misty told me to bring it back on Friday. Took it back but chose a 2010 Ford Fusion with over 100,000 miles on it already and they tried to tell me that the 2017 and the 2010 was the same price at 16,000.00. I knew that was a lie and so did the insurance company in Palestine Texas. Looked up the kelly bluebook price on the ford fusuion and it was 3000.00. They told me to take the car back because they were getting over on me. Now mind you, had to have full coverage, the note was 670.00, First 3 months. (SPECIAL PAYMENTS) Then the payments drop to 570.00. After 5 months, the air went out in the car and I called th

Went and purchased a car 20 miles down the road the check engine light came on and it started jerking , returned the car got a replacement a week later check engine light came on wouldn’t go above 60 took it back they said the issue was “ fixed “ . A week after that check engine light came back on and the swore it was fixed . Picked my car up on a Thursday that Saturday it was doing the same thing it was supposed to be a quick job i have yet to receive my car back but hassle me about being a few $ short on a car note and I don’t have the car . The car has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it . 0/10 do not recommend.

Went to look at a couple vehicles and it seemed like the staff their couldnt care less about selling cars. I went in expecting to be greeted by the sales team, shown around the lot, have them answer questions but instead I had to go search for someone to talk to and then she had no enthusiasm what so ever about anything. I told her what two cars I was interested in and she sighed and gave me a price and then just went quiet so I just walked out

Me and my wife went to look at a vehicle from here and the first lady we spoke with was welcoming and told us what we needed the next day we came to try to get it another lady took some of our paper work and came back with a high down payment percent and didn't even try to help us its like she didn't even want to help she also said the vehicle we where looking at didn't have a title then it should not be out front ridiculous don't recommend this place
