The experience wasnt bad but it wasnt the greatest, it would be nice if the sales people were more knowledgeable and the vehicles were cleaned and cane with at least half a tank of gas. My sales person was very pleasant and i do appreciate that. But when i walked in i wasnt greeted or anything had waited about 15 minutes and had to actually go up to the front desk and ask for help unfortunately…hopefully this will help in the future but i do love my new vehicle! Picture was taken at my job i had to clean my vehicle also didn’t come with floor mats or spare tire and had to replace windshield wipers same day!

I just want to take a minute to brag on my friend Camryn—Cammy—because the way she came through for me yesterday while I was picking out my car was everything. We’ve been friends for a while now, so I already know how she is: solid, dependable, and always looking out. But seeing her help me with something as big as buying a car just reminded me why I trust her the way I do. From the moment we pulled up, she was on it. She wasn’t just standing around or letting the salespeople talk circles around me—she was paying attention to every little detail. She asked questions I wouldn’t have even thought about, pointed out things I didn’t notice, and made sure I wasn’t getting played or pressured. It honestly felt like having my own personal car expert with me, but also my friend who knows me well

Horrible customer service and their prices of cars are a rip off when a used car at a dealership is a better deal. Will never get another car from them after having to have the car repaired multiple times not even a day after getting the car for the same issue and it was never fixed over the last year but they don’t listen and send it to shops that are idiots. I highly recommend NEVER buying a car from them unless you want Carol to leave a voicemail for another customer while discussing your business and money since they don’t end the voicemail after leaving one

The process of getting the car was smooth, but the customer service changes once they’ve got your money. My account rep, Vince or Vance, (not really sure) is rude and unwelcoming. He insulted me and has a very cold demeanor. His customer service skills need work & the management ain’t no better. When you try to complain, they do absolutely nothing & don’t even check to see what the issue may have been. Instead, they send the receptionist to deliver the message. Before this experience, I would’ve given this place 5 stars but due this very rude, unpleasant, and quite frankly disgusting experience, 3 stars have been knocked off. Please do better when people have decided to give you their hard earned money versus another car lot.
