Car-Mart of Springdale West

I want to share my experience with Car-Mart. The people there have always been friendly, respectful, and easy to work with, which made the whole process much less stressful for me. I’m very grateful that I was able to pay off my car, and I appreciate the support along the way. Like any used vehicle, the car did have some issues, and unfortunately it isn’t running properly right now. That said, I’m thankful that it held up until very recently, especially since I was so close to paying it off. Overall, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and I’m thankful for the opportunity Car-Mart of Springdale West provided me.

Walking into this location and it felt less like shopping for a car and more like interrupting a group hangout I wasn’t invited to. The general manager was seated, glued to her phone, giving off strong “I’d rather be anywhere else” energy, which really set the tone. The entire place smelled like burnt popcorn and unmet expectations. Every employee appeared deeply committed to their cell phones, as if helping customers was a side quest they hadn’t unlocked yet. I waited a solid 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence, and when they did, it felt optional. If you enjoy awkward silence, zero urgency, and the feeling that you’re inconveniencing people by trying to spend money, this might be your spot. Otherwise, I’d recommend literally anywhere else.

Wonderful experience. Amazing sales representative. We got a beautiful Ford Escape with all the options. I would highly recommend recommend Americans Car-Mart.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from them on a Friday drive home 68 miles and noticed it had a small Radiator leak. Took it to a shop and they replaced the radiator. Less than a month later it blew out another radiator. Was replaced with a stronger aluminum radiator. A week later it blew a hole in that one. They determined it needed an engine and in December 2024 they bought a used engine. I was skeptical because I had to relocate for work the last week of January. On the test drive, that engine blew, and they said it had to go through warranty and was not going to be ready in time. I was desperate and they offered to take it back and put me into another car.
