I had an amazing sales man for being as young as he was he was very honest, caring and he didnt pressure me on buying a car. He let me make all the decisions and listened to my concerns and requests. They helped me get the right payments to fit my budget and exceeded at an amazing vehicle for me and my needs. I recommend carmart we were even approved to have sales taxes paid by them that was amazing to not have to worry about after our purchase. Thier cars are also very reasonable for year make and models. Come with extras that can help any car buyer. Congrats to them for a quick and thorough sale. Absolutely wonderful experience! Super easy and super efficient! They got me into a beautiful 2020 dodge ram in pristine condition! They worked with me when I had was having trouble everywhere else. Absolutely amazing experience all the way around. I have already recommended several friends!

My husband and I had a great experience with Cindy at Americas Car Mart North Springfield. From the beginning from phone calls to going in and finding the right vehicle for him. They made buying a vehicle easy and not stressful. Cindy was great, we were first looking at a car, but found A ford edge that was in great condition with lower miles and just perfect for us! Cindy made the financing and payments work!! We will always use Americas Car Mart as our dealership with the great experience we had.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!! I got a 2015 ford explorer xlt early December. Customer service was great....only when getting the car!!! The first car I picked out was okay until I went home and it ended up having a bunch of electrical issues (the warranty only covers MECHANICAL ISSUES) so I took it back with the 7 day satisfaction guarantee. The next car I picked out was the explorer. Immediately after the 7 day period my transmission torque converter clutch went out and was chipping metal!! The mechanic they have lied and tried to tell me they just need to flush it and the professional at ace transmission said that's what to do but when I called ace transmission they said they would NEVER tell ANYONE that was okay and I needed a whole new transmission!
