Absolutely amazing customer service! Very patient, straight forward, and amazing at getting em what I wanted with the price I could afford! In my opinion, they are not money greedy like alot of dealerships with hidden fees, they tell you the full price outright and exactly why it cost that much. there is absolutely nothing wrong or covered issues with the vehicle and it's super clean inside and out! Clean titles too!! I can't say how happy I am with my new vehicle!!!
They made the purchasing experience was so they gave me the information I needed for the vehicles that we were looking at we chose one we wanted me and my wife they let me know what we would need to put us in that vehicle I came back the next day with those documents and required fun you completed the cell process that was one hiccup with my pay stubs due to me working for my family-owned business the general manager utilizes patience with helping the sales rep that was helping me and my wife make sure they completed the sale and I was able to drive off in the vehicle we selected I am so grateful for their help and helping me and my family start a new journey and a more dependable vehicle and I will always be grateful for America's Car-Mart for that.
Wonderful & very professional staff. They all went above and beyond to help get me into a car with what little I had and also patiently waited well over a week until I could figure my insurance out. My sales associate Aaliyah explained everything in full detail and was very kind, best service you can hope for so if you can get her please do. Shout out to Mr. Martes, Kandy & Kimberly (Just to name I few) as well. I fully recommend coming here for a vehicle if you are in need, you can’t get this kind of service anywhere else! ❤️
Absolutely great experience here the general manager was so helpful I went all over Valdosta trying to find a car I should’ve stopped here first!
The GM answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He is easy to talk too. I have had a great experience!
