Car Mart

They were supposed to do an oil change! And instead of draining my engine oil they drained my transmission fluid! Now my car won’t accelerate and my transmission is messed up! They wouldn’t even give me a refund said they have it on tape that he changed my oil lol I have videos and pictures of my dip sticks my oil was literally BLACK! It hadn’t been touched at all!!! NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGED ME!!!!

Coming back to FL from Arkansas and had a low oil level warning. Found this facility through the GPS. The owner and staff were awesome! They gave me 6 quarts of synthetic oil at the regular oil price. They even prayed for my family member's medical condition. I recommend Car Mart for anyone in the area with car needs.

I actually ALWAYS do my oil changes on my Toyota Camry, but this time I felt lazy for it especially cause of cold weather, so went to CART SMART and they wanted me to charge $100 for the oil change double what originally is! But since I know wassup I told just give me the keys I can do it myself! I’m a MALE , , but If you are a FEMALE don’t go alone they wanna try and rip you off!

Thursday afternoon I came to get a used tire placed on my back tire. I told them I would take two instead and replace both back tires. After leaving I had no issues. Sunday morning i was headed to the interstate, I went in reverse and heard a click. My back tires started wobbling. I thought it was a flat tire but my tire sensors didn’t go off. I called for some help. I lifted my passenger side tire to see if something was bent or broken and nothing. My help arrived and lifted the drivers back tire and the video show what I saw. The wheel lug nuts were not all the way on and this is what I had been driving on for two days. Respectful I came to David to let him know. It could have been a distraction or something. I understand it happens but to let your workers know before someone else isn’t

They dont know how to balance tires and they'll put stripped out oil plug back in. They scratched my rims.
