Car One Zone Service Inc

Shady business! They have some guy in an ice cream truck down by the Midway in downtown on Harbor ripping people off! I bought my daughter a snow cone and got charged $18 !!! The charge shows up on my statement as “car one zone service” - SHADY!!!!

I got my oil changed here and then when I took the car to the Mazda dealership for inspection, they informed me that Car One Zone Service hadn’t properly sealed my oil and so there was a severe leak in my engine. This place also told me after I already was getting my oil change that they only take Zelle and not card, so I had to scramble to call a friend who had a Zelle account.

Called to ask for a quote on a transmission rebuild and was told to bring my car in so he can take a look at it, in order to properly quote me. “sir I am not towing a car to you, so I can get over charged”. This does not reflect on their work or customer service, however if you have a car that doesn’t run, look somewhere else.

This place is great went in thinking my car was done for but Alex was awesome got it fixed in no time and was back on the road I’d give them 10 stars if it was possible! Prices are fair and genuinely good people

Rare to find a mechanic who is honest and fair and not looking to make a lot of money off you for work you don't really need. These guys are honest, fair, prompt, and trustworthy - all of the time. Five stars and two thumbs up. Thanks guys!
