Went here determined to buy a car because my old Kia Optima ran its last mile and I needed a car immediately to get to work. I was first greeted and helped by Phillip. He was very friendly, professional, and patient. He was also knowledgeable with the features of the car that I had my eyes set on. While working on the price numbers, I was also helped by Mina to reduce the car price to what I wanted. Both Phillip and Mina worked hard to reduce the car price and I was able to get my car on the same day. In addition, while I wasn't able to get the price I wanted for the trade in for my Kia Optima (Which was understandable as it had a salvage title, had over 180k miles on it, and was barely drivable at this point), Phillip was able to still get a great price for it. This is the second time I've taken my car into this dealership with one issue,drive off the lot and check engine light comes,take it back immediately and it's a whole another issue. I honestly feel like their mechanical aren't doing s thorough inspection or something suspicious is going on. My radiator was replaced drive off for 5 miles and radiator hose is now damaged and needs replacing. How wasn't that caught when radiator was replaced.

Whenever I called to make an appt. phone was never answered, left multiple voicemails and never got back to me. Finally when I get a phone call 2 weeks later I make an appt for today, my appt was at 11 I got there at 10:50 waited outside and made eye contact with the mechanics, though maybe I was waiting in the incorrect spot so went inside the services department 2 guys just sitting there on their computers and the rest (3) helping others which is fine, but no "hello, well be right with you" or "welcome" from those 2, nothing to let me know they acknowledged me come in, guess they only had 1 person working on services appt. waited, and the guy helped me out (thank you) but I was so over it at that point, took about 20 mins to get to me when there was 5 ppl on the computers and only "2" he
