This is not a paid review or promotion — I'm just being honest. This mechanic is hands down the best in the Garland/Dallas area. They handle everything — from inspections to A/C service — and they always get it right the first time. What I appreciate the most is that once they fix something, it stays fixed. I've never had to come back for the same issue twice. They stand behind their work and handle warranties the right way. It's rare to find someone this reliable and trustworthy in the auto repair world. If you're in Garland or Dallas and want real peace of mind when it comes to your car, this is the place to go. A couple weeks ago I got my oil changed and an inspection. The service was great until A week after I noticed fumes coming into my car and my son and I would have to roll down the windows to drive. And then I noticed a big wet dark spot in my driveway and opened my hood to find the cap was left off during the oil change and all the oil came out. I haven’t had time to go by because I had to go out of town to take my son to college. I tried to call but the number that I pulled up on Google wasn’t working. So I’m just going to replace all the oil and hope that you will doublecheck next time during the oil change.

Great service, I’ve been coming here for years and every time they are so helpful and honest. As a woman going to a machanic it can be intimidating but they explain how all the test work and how the repairs will fix your concerns. Give them a try!

The worest place to fix a car. The owner is not present and I have to wait to the owner to order parts and fix my car. Instead of the employee charges me per hr. And when I asked I will get the part by myself for time saving, they rise the price from $240 estimation to $320. And I am here, the shop empty for 1 hour and waiting the owner. I have tow my car to take it another mechanica. Business should run with or without owner and that's a a business means and If u are the owner and you have to be in the business evrytime to assist a customer , u not the owner but employee of your business.
