I’m originally from California and needed some work done on my ProMaster 3500 while I was in Florida. I read a lot of reviews and called a lot of shops. I had a great experience at Car Repair Masters (I was recommended by a friend). Yasiel was incredibly nice, professional, and thorough in diagnosing my car issues. He took the time to explain what was going on and actually showed me the problems, which I really appreciated. Before coming here, I had taken my car to Firestone and they weren’t able to properly diagnose the issue. They quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed my AC, and replaced a motor mount. Everything is running smoothly now.

I brought my car in with a speedometer issue while I was in the process of selling it, and the deal was pending resolution of that problem. Although I ultimately did not proceed with the repair, the mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue and explain it honestly. He provided the right technical insight which gave me the credibility I needed to deal confidently and transparently with the buyer. Professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I appreciated the integrity and would not hesitate to come back if I needed repairs in the future.
