I bought a car from this place a few years ago and due to medical reasons. I had to let the car go back when I tried to get another car. They denied me, They don't like giving second chances... i think everybody deserves a second chance. Especially when it comes to medical and it's not your fault. But this place doesn't believe in that. So no I would not recommend them to anybody....
This company need to be investigated by the authorities. We have been trying for months to get our tags renewed just for them to ignore our phone calls or to play games with us. They dont honor their warranty. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!
I just purchased my second second Vehicle with CarSolutions. I worked with Les and Jimmy and they both are great. Les kept in communication with me through the phone and Jimmy sold me the car. I was able to come during my lunch break at work and finish up after work the next day! These guys actually care, work hard to make it a fast and easy process, and after the sell they actually take care of you if you need something!
Les, was more than amazing. I had trouble finding another place to get a car due to my credit. He worked with me and made it very easy and comfortable to get into a car. I was overnighted in my 2010 Jeep Patriot. Came back the next day to sign paper work and take it home. Very pleased with my service. Would come back again.
Second time I’ve gotten a car from these guys here, first one I got a couple months back and have had absolutely no problems with it, had to come back for another one. The sales man Les was a huge help. Would highly recommend getting your next vehicle from car solutions in Roger’s
