Keith and his team hooked my baby up something fierce! They practically spit shined that thing, and my truck is huuuge and white, so it wasn’t easy!! They showed EXCELLENCE in customer service from the onset. Come check ‘em out ;) Will definitely be back!!!

I have been the car spa customer for more than 6 months now. Today they broke my car left mirror and was very rude when I asked them to the responsibility. And he was very clear it’s not their mistake. I’m sharing the pics of the mirror after the so called fix from them. Totally disappointed with the way the manager spoke and told to cancel the membership right away. I know writing a review won’t change anything to my car but someone may find this useful.

Charles and Daniel were amazing. Quick, efficient service. No overcharging or up-selling of services. The online coupon was a blessing. The free car wash was amazing, along with the price. The access to the free vacuum and hand towels for us to give the interior some TLC were all incredible. I wish they had these where we live.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and trusted that the service would be done properly. Unfortunately, the technicians failed to inform me that the oil drain plug/bolt was worn out. Because of this oversight, my vehicle started leaking oil shortly after the service. The leak caused oil stains in my garage, and the oil pan became heavily soaked. I only discovered the issue after my check engine light came on, which forced me to take the car to BMW for inspection. Their technicians identified the worn drain plug and confirmed it should have been addressed during the oil change. This situation could have easily led to serious engine damage or failure if it had gone unnoticed for longer. A professional shop should always notify
