Car Spa Car Wash & State Inspection

I went for the grand opening weekend. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. I choose the top of the line exterior wash which is normally $30. I pulled up to the line and the loading crew scrubbed the bugs off the front of my car. Something most washes seem to be going away with now. I get through the wash and head to the self serve vacuum section. Vacuums have good suction and the air nozzles are a good touch. They have towels to dry you car. They also have all purpose cleaner and glass cleaner available. I like the flex set up at this car wash as it made for a quick trip. My car looks great! I especially like my tires actually came out looking like there was shine one the whole tire and not just half!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. After paying for a full wash, I picked up my car only to find visible streaks and greasy residue all over the exterior. The windows are especially bad — they are so oily that you can literally see fingerprints if you touch them. It honestly looks like the wrong products were used, or the job was rushed without proper finishing. A car wash should leave your vehicle clean and clear, not covered in smears and grease. I expected much better quality for what I paid.

I am very excited that Car Spa has just had their soft opening. I have driven past it for years and never stopped in. They didn't look busy today, so I stopped by and got the Diamond Mini Detail. $44.00 - it was the best detail that I have ever gotten. My 4 1/2 year old Mazda 3 Premium sedan looked just like it did when the dealer delivered it to me. I was amazed. The staff are super friendly, the facility is immaculate, and the professionalism is unequaled anywhere in JV or Cypress. I am a lifelong customer from this day forward.
