It was worth the drive. The atmosphere at the dealership is very professional with a culture of folks who are willing to help. Their selection of 2026 Palisades was impressive and they had the specific trim and color combination that my wife wanted. Travis additionally took plenty of time after the sale to walk us through all of the tech and features of the vehicle.

I am posting this review to share my experience so other consumers can make informed decisions. In June 2023, my father and I purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer ST from Car Town Hyundai. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was priced approximately $14,000 above fair market value, based on Kelley Blue Book data available on the purchase date. We immediately questioned the pricing and were told it would be corrected during the signing of the contract. It never was. During the purchase process, multiple credit applications were run, resulting in significant credit impact to my father.
