DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCES Poor service, and poor commination. I own an auto repair facility and sometimes have to buy parts from here because it's the closest Kia dealer to me. I can never trust what they tell me about when my parts are available. Sometimes, their timeline is correct. Often, it is not. In the numerous orders I've made over the years, NEVER has anyone called me to tell me my order has been delayed or is not going to be arriving in the timeline they originally gave. As a professional, it makes my business and my reputation look bad because im relaying the same inaccurate information to my customers.
