Title: Misleading & Unprofessional Experience Review: I had an appointment at Florence CarTown Kia for a 2023 Kia K5 (white with red interior) that the manager personally confirmed was still available when he called me on Saturday. I drove all the way there Monday morning just to find out the car had already been sold. No one called or updated me before I made the trip. To make things worse, they tried to offer me only $500 for my running 2010 Honda that had been appraised at around $1,800 elsewhere. When I mentioned the visible scuffs and imperfections on the other K5 they showed me, they refused to negotiate — saying “the price is the price.” The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time. My mom had been looking for a vehicle. We went to several dealerships throughout the last 2 months. She knew what type car she wanted and knew exactly what she didn’t want. Saw a vehicle online, drove to the lot, decided to go in the following day to test drive it. Mr Johnny Mcloughlin(?) helped us. He listened to her, did not try to upsale or pressure her to “try something else”. He explained the warranty offered on the vehicle. Never once did he interrupt her or discourage her from her decisions. Car fax offered, printed, paperwork done. We took everything to the bank, came back to a beautiful detailed car ready to go. It was really nice having someone who listened to her, respected her, and watched out for her. When Im ready to purchase I will definitely visit Mr Johnny. Excellent gent

Edited my review. Had a few issues in the beginning. It took a month to get mostly straightened out. The GM at kia helped smooth things out. Could it have gone better? Yes. Could it have gone worse? Yes.

10/10 recommend coming here. after dealing with crappy dealerships, the amazing people here made the process so easy & quick. make sure to ask for pam too!! she was so kind & helpful. she even took the time to go in depth about ALL the features of the car i was getting & helped me to set everything up with my phone and the car. she was such an amazing person all around & made the environment comfortable. i couldn’t have chose a better place to get a car from. would definitely come here first if my family is searching for a car again!
