I was really frustrated. About a year ago, I had my car windows tinted, which originally had some minor bubbles. Due to the three-year warranty, I waited about 10 months and then went back to see if they could do anything about the bubbles. (Im lazy and out of state) At first, they really didn't want to touch it because they said I waited too long and most people bring it back within a week or two. Then they decided they would do it, but they gave me attitude because they were upset about having to do it. This continued the entire time I was there. After they supposedly got the bubbles out, I picked my car up the next day. They told me to wait about one to two weeks for any minor bubbles to settle and disappear. Wanted to get a remote start added to my car before the weather turned colder. Left my car for the day and they were kind enough to drop me off and pick me up from work. When I picked it up initially, the fob (Viper) was programmed as data-to-data for a double tap. I could not get it to work with any consistency (maybe 1 or 2 times out of 10). When I would double click, the parking lights would flash for a long time but nothing would happen. I took it back and the mechanic explained what the problem might be and how the process should work. Overall a great experience from the sales team. Although my plates from the DMV took a long time(2 days before temp tags expired) and I had to call in a couple times I cannot really fault the team for that. I purchased a 2020 Tahoe and it’s been great so far.
