What an excellent experience. I've had my Jeep Liberty for a month now.. Visited several dealerships before visiting here, everything before seemed to be a run around (car on their website but not thier lot on and adjacent dealer lot OR have csr listed but knew nothing about it, wasn't even looked at).. anyways, right off Sam greased me warmly. Told him which vehicle i was interested in test driving, he offered me the carfax automatically (no dealerships offered beforehand).. small lot so they had to move vehicles in order for me to test drive and that was a fun/hilarious experience.. watching his elderly relative "instruct" him on how to move the cars.. test drive was very nice. I purchased a used 2005 Toyota Avalon from them and highly recommend Car Union of KC for your next used car purchase. Eddi and Sam were both helpful, knowledgeable and quick to assist with any needs or questions. They made the car buying experience quick and painless, probably the easiest I've had it in 15 years! Eddi was quick to help when my car had an issue a couple days after purchase and made it right, no questions asked, for a problem that arose the inspection should have found. Please GO TO THIS PLACE!! Highly recommend this dealership. I was concerned since many dealers scam you to get more money but this dealership is honest with the price and they only sell clean title cars! Plus, all the cars are inspected before hand! Sam and Eddie are the funniest and the most enjoyable people you can be with! Especially during a test drive :) You will NOT REGRET from buying in this dealership. I will go to this dealership again if I need to buy another car. So please just go and look at the cars !! We support this awesome dealers!
