Just signed up for the monthly pass, went thru wash, the brushing machine knocked off the drivers side mirror housing. I reported to staff immediately, waited 15 min for staff to find on site mgr. Who came out with Ipad, never apologized just said I ll submit to our office. I received notice that day that a claim was been filed. In the meantime I went to the local Chevy dealer to order part an arrange for install as mirror was hanging off by the electrical wires only. I sent receipts for parts an labor totalling about $500. They proceeded to sent note back to me today stating per the signage at entry to car wash they are not responsible ...and basically they aren't responsible for anything so wash at your own risk!! I am canceling my membership of course asap an suggest you be carefu
