Went through there like many other times. This time it broke the plastic off the back of my driver side mirror. Ken refuses to fix it. Says I should've folded my mirrors back. I did, but sometimes the wash will pull them back out. Long story short. He will not fix a vehicle if something happens. He doesn't stand behind his business. Id recommend using another wash. It was a factory part and not an add on.
