This place is pricy. They need to use microfiber towel which I did not see when they were wiping my car down. I got the platinum and I definitely expected more in terms of cleanliness but they did clean off my mats decently, unlike the previous car wash I go to. There were still visible smudges from water marks and unwiped areas on the exterior of my car. You be the judge from the pictures…

DISAPPOINTING 😔 I don't recommend this place. I took the risk after reading the bad reviews. First, the prices seem expensive compared to other car washes that offer better service. They even charge more if you have an SUV—the first time I've ever seen that. Second, the customer service is terrible. The person at the cash register has no manners, and the guys drying the cars outside are even worse. One of the guys drying my car slammed the door shut, and my car is new; there was no need for that. I complained to him twice, and all he did was ignore me. I told him in both English and Spanish in case he didn't understand. In conclusion, this is the first and last time I'll visit this place.

Their service is beyond reproach. I believe you should not waste your valuable time by going here.

These guys are amazing…! They washed the car super fast clean. Car was covered with snow. Even it is automatic car wash, still they first hand washed, cleaned mats, vacuumed floors. The whole process took about 5 minutes.

Excellent service, if you want to change the oil, then the car wash is free for you.
