Car Wash Express

I paid to start a wash with card and it went straight into rinse mode. No problem. I added more time thinking I’d use the soap, wax, and tire cleaner. But none of it worked. No soap, no foam, no wax. Just rinse. That’s it. So I’m standing there for 15 minutes like a clown, hoping something magical comes out. Tried to cancel it by holding the button—and instead of stopping, it just added more time. 😂 Like the machine said, “You want out? Nah, pay more.” No staff, no phone number, no signs of maintenance—just a money trap with broken equipment. This place needs to be shut down!

Should've read the reviews. Tried to cancel, and ended up adding more time with no way to cancel. Almost like the "instructions" were made to scam you. But glad there's an awesome customer service to get your mone— theres nothing. Go somewhere else.

You are better off using an open fire hydrant than going to this place , as a car wash business how do you not have change machines that work , no attendant and the credit card machine either doesn’t work or is broken off ,DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, no sense of pride in ownership of this business I wish I could give negative stars

It’s cheap… that’s it 😎 rinse without spot mode, 6 min… you guys or don’t change filters at all, or pumping water from Pacific Ocean 🤣

Shady business. They have signs for card readers but they are not at every station, so you're forced to use coins, then their coin exchange machine spits out only $14 when I insert a $20 bill. What the heck! Also, very weak water pressure.
