Car Wash in Glendale

I’ve been using this car wash for two years, and everything had been fine until today. As usual, I paid the maximum amount — $15 for the Ultimate Wash — because it’s important to me to get multiple wash cycles. I had barely driven inside when, after the first soap application (which had almost no foam) and a quick rinse, the machine displayed the “GO” sign, indicating that I should exit. I was very surprised and assumed it was a mistake. I pulled out, parked, and went to speak with the employee who had given me the receipt (this time I had to pay at the register because the machine wasn’t accepting credit cards). I explained the issue to the cashier. He tried to assure me that everything was working as it should, but I insisted, and he said he would check the cameras. A few minutes later

Your left brush is broken and hits the car during the wash. I’m honestly amazed at how someone can neglect their own business that brings them money. There’s clearly no proper equipment maintenance. Result: thank you for the ripped-off badge

Worst ever car wash. Just see the picture it is after a $11 wash meant to be at least anti bug… don’t waste your many you can do better at self service wash🤦‍♀️
