Machine charged me twice. Spoke with the cashier, they made me back 3 times and refused to give me a refund or another carwash.
This is a drive-thru car wash open 24 hours. Still looking for an actual self service car wash in Northern VA, but they may be illegal here.
Car wash doesn't rinse. Car covered in soap. Tried to let owner know and owner yelled at me.
For something quick, it's good, convenient and no line that day.
